Terms of service

Guidelines for commissioning art from me. Read carefully!

General terms

  • __By ordering any type or work from me, you are agreeing with the terms described below. __

  • i will not provide unwatermarked versions of any works, commissioned or not.

  • i reserve the rights of the commissioned artwork and may post in any of my social media. If you don't feel confortable with that please state so and i will refrain from posting.

  • ** Any violation of my terms of use will result in blacklisting and therefore restriction from future commissions.**

  • __ These terms are subject to change at my discretion, at any time, with or without warning.__

  • For any concerns or questions feel free to contact me on any of my social media.

Subjects

  • Most mammals (more skilled on canids and felines)

  • Dragons and similar reptiles

  • Canine and feline anthros

  • Simple to moderate clothing, accessories and weapons (evalued on case-by-case).

  • Humans (humanoids evalued on case-by-case)

  • Gore

  • Nudity or nsfw

  • Pedophilia

  • Fetishes

  • Discriminatory, harmful or hateful themes

Payment

  • **My primary payment form is USD, via paypal ONLY. **

  • Occasionally i'll take commissions in limited quantity for deviantart points (1 USD=100 points ratio) and in-game currency on Flight rising (ID #349230). Those will be detailed in respective sites and of lower priority compared to usd.

  • I do not haggle, and any possible discounts are provided at my discretion.

  • If the commissioner cancels their commission I will give a refund proportional to the progress of the picture.

  • Refunds are not applicable after the commission is done, no exceptions.

  • If I can't complete your commission due to personal reasons, I will also give a refund proportional to the progress of the picture. If I haven't started it, I will give full refund.

Ordering and process

  • I will only start the commission after full payment is received.

  • You will receive a sketch for approval within a few days. Any major changes to pose, expression details or background should be done by then.

  • After the sketch is approved i'll work on your commission, you can request updates and screenshots at anytime.

  • ** Turn-up time is usually 1 to 3 weeks**, thought that time is very flexible depending on my disponibility. Full background commissions will take longer due to complexity, turn-up time for those is usually 3 to 5 weeks.

  • Once the commission is done you will receive the full resolution picture in png format, with my watermark visible.

  • ** My commissions are entirely digital (no physical products), and for personal non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed upon.**

  • ** I WON'T provide: the work files (.psd or .sai), unwatermarked versions or physical prints.**

What I need for any commission:

  • A clear, digital reference of your character. Multiple reference images are welcome.

  • A description of any details I should know, such as expression, pose and/or any additional elements you want featured. You can also give me artistic freedom and let me choose based off personality traits.

  • should it apply, a description of the desired background. reference pictures are very welcome.

  • Your paypal address for the invoice.

If you commissioned an artwork:

  • Don't claim the work as your own, or edit/remove my watermark in any way.

  • ** Do NOT use any of my works for commercial or profit purposes, unless explicitly agreed upon.**

  • Don't resell or profit from any of my artworks.

  • Don't edit my artworks in any way beyond cropping and resizing. My watermark must be clearly visible.

  • You are not allowed to recolor, trace, or repaint my artwork in any way.

  • ** Only commissioners can share the work they bought, giving proper credit (such as: "Art by MistyGoldArt") with a link to my DeviantART or any of my social media.**

  • You may print the commission, use as decoration for objects, collages, social media icons and etc, SO LONG that it's meant as personal, non-commercial use.

Art Terms of use

Guidelines if you want to use my artwork. Read carefully!

General terms

  • You may NOT use any of my works for commercial or profit purposes.

  • Don't claim the work as your own, or edit/remove my watermark in any way

  • DO NOT repost my personal art and fanarts on any social media. If I want to, I will share them myself, on my account.

  • You can use my personal art and fanarts for non-commercial purposes such as collages, social media icons, etc. with proper credit (such as: "Art by MistyGoldArt") with a link to my DeviantART or any of my social media. This DOES NOT apply to commissions, for which only the commissioner has these rights.

  • Do not recolor, trace, or repaint my artwork in any way without my explicit permission.

  • You may not use, copy or alter my characters in any form for any purpose, they are my property and I retain full rights and ownership to them.

  • You may NOT use my art and/or characters for RPG or anything of the sort. Exception if it's a commissioned work for you.

On commissions

lineart and bases:

  • My premade linearts are the only works in my gallery that can be used for profit. commercial uses are allowed upon request.

  • You must give credit to me wherever you post the recolored images, or artwork based off those. Provide a link to my original post. (such as: "Base by MistyGoldArt [Link Here]")

  • Don't claim the work as your own, or edit/remove my watermark in any way.

  • Do not redistribute or resell the original files, all downloads must be through my original post.

  • You are allowed to recolor these bases, sell designs for any currency, as well as use them for commissioned designs and recolors.

  • You are allowed to make edits, as long as the original work is recognizable.

  • You are allowed to trace these lines digitally or traditionally, with credit as described above.

  • I don't do refunds for paid linearts. It's your responsibility to review the provided information before purchase and verify file compatibilities of whichever image editing programs you use.
